SlickCentral would automatically require you to upgrade your account if your account does not meet the monthly limitations of your plan.
In the case where your sales or number of products has decreased, you can downgrade your account by following these instructions:
- Login to SlickCentral
- Click on the head icon on the top right and select Profile.
- Under Billing, click on Change Plan.
- Select the plan you want to downgrade to. SlickCentral will check if your account is valid for the new plan before downgrading.
