If you are changing your Walmart channel partner from another provider to SlickCentral, you would need to request Walmart to change your channel provider internally.
Follow these steps to do so:
- Log in to your Walmart Seller Center account.
- Click on the question mark icon on the top right and select Partner Support
- Click on Create New Case.
- Provide the information as shown below and click Save.
- Subject: Change Channel Partner to SlickCentral
- Issue Category: My Account
- Sub Category 1: Change Channel Partner
- Description: Please change my channel partner to SlickCentral
- Case Priority: Enhancement request
- When you receive an email that the case has been resolved, please forward that email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we are aware.
