Partners should not acknowledge Jet orders that they cannot fulfill. If you are using automatic order acknowledgment, SlickCentral recommends that you update your inventory frequently so that an unfulfillable order is not automatically acknowledged. In the rare occasion when you need to cancel an order, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Order List page.
- Click on "Shipped" next to the order that you would like to cancel.
- For the item in the order that you would like to cancel, fill out the "Cancel Quantity" field. If you are not fulfilling the whole order, put 0 in the "Quantity" field.
- Click on Confirm.
